[rt-users] Rights questions on ticket creation and assignment

Hi Mike,

Sounds like you want (in 3.6.3 anyway, maybe also in 3.4.4) to assign 
rights to global roles.

   Configuration > Global > Group Rights

and then grant ReplyToTicket to the Requestor role.
