[rt-users] Broken CSS (and others)

Are you sure you've satisfied all of RT's perl dependencies? (Do you
have CSS::Squish)
Are you sure you've told lighttpd to serve out everything under RT's
root through mason? (Do dhandlers work correctly for you?)
