[rt-users] RT 2 to RT 3.8 upgrade/conversion ?

There are significant changes between 3.6 and 3.8.  I would upgrade to 
3.6, then to 3.8.0 and finally to 3.8.1, paying attention to the 
UPGRADING.mysql file.  See
