Hi all,

I've adapted html2mime into a multi-function script I'm calling mailfilter.
mailfilter will pass messages to SpamAssassin, amend (most) HTML
messages to include an *alternate** text/plain part, and can remove
Mac metadata attachments as well.

*Fixes html2mime's formatting that causes RT to display content 2x.
