i attached a quick screenie of what my ticket creation interface looks like now
that i have managed to customize it by removing all the extra crap that RT seems
to love putting there for no reason.. but now still, nothing lines up properly,
the page doesn't seem wide enough for the content, the fields are too small, etc..
does anyone have any suggestions for making this look nicer? i don't mind permanently
changing the html (which is what i've been doing already), since once i'm done there
won't be any changing it, ever...
