[rt-users] toptabs missing after ubuntu package installed

Hello again.
After several searching the web i fixed this. Well, i've been trying to fix the Tickets Tab as well so i've came up with this:

So i just did a

perl -MCPAN -e "install DBIx::SearchBuilder"

After everything was installed, i restarted apache and not only the Simple Search apeared and the Tickets link is working, it seems that this fixed the toptabs that now appear normally.
