[rt-users] ExternAuth SUCCEEDED but login still fails

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.8.1 and am able to get the debug message:
RT::User::IsPassword External auth SUCCEEDED


However I am still getting the "Login Failed" error when I try to login.

Can someone help out with this?
