[rt-users] Search by Requestor Organization

Not that hard: http://svn.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi/bps/revision?rev=16264
Would be available in RT 3.8.3, however there is a bug in RT I should
fix that makes numbers incorrect for Requestors, Ccs and other
watchers.
