[rt-users] rt 3.6.7 display

Hi all,

Working great rt, one problem, if there is a new comment to a ticket I can't
see on the start page. I only see if I controll the ticket.
Is there any plugin or sript to (for example) change the color of the ticket
when a new mail sending?
