[rt-users] Can't Restart Apache2 on fresh install of Ubuntu8.04 and RT 3.8.1

just managed to fix mine. 
not sure i can be super helpful but post a copy of your RT_SiteConfig
and the entire of 0000-default and i'll have a look when i'm next free.
