[rt-users] Problem after installing Rt 3.8.1

I finally got to installing 3.8.1 tonight and when I got to the webpage it
doesnt load correctly and I get:

load titleboxstates is undefined

Any ideas what I can do? I am running on Debian Etch, Apache 2, Mysql 5, and
all the latest updates.
