[rt-users] Custom sort for saved searches and dashboards

Thanks for the heads up on 3.8.7, we'll hold back our upgrade since we
were expecting to upgrade to 3.8.6 shortly.

However, that does not tell me what file I need to look at for
changing the order for Saved Searches ?
