[rt-users] UseSQLForACLChecks bug in graph/charting

FYI,

To any users of the UseSQLForACLChecks option, we noticed
a problem with that option and the graph/chart functions
in our RT 3.4.5 instance using a PostgreSQL 8.4.1 backend.
If the user in question had SuperUser rights, the results
from the ticket search matched the count of results in the
graph/chart. For others, the numbers in the graph/chart
were 4-5x those in the ticket search. Turning back off this
option cleared up the discrepancy for all users. It looks
like the graph/chart needs to be looked at regarding the
UseSQLForACLChecks option.
