[rt-users] Undefined value using RT::Authen::ExternalAuth::LDAP

Unfortunately both of those settings are configured properly.  This 
error just started appearing out of the blue.  I haven't changed 
anything recently.

FWIW, I'm using a mod_perl2 configuration.
