[rt-users] Fetchmail issues with RT 3.8.1

Never mind on this one... I had to cycle apache/mod_perl for the
changes to take effect.
But... that still doesn't answer why after running TESTDEPS
sucessfully that I had an unresolved dependency with MIME::Parser
which is part of MIME::tools.
