[rt-users] selectowner right?

	I'm not sure if you can stop them from seeing the drop-down without a 
change to the basic RT code. However, you can "re-set" the owner to 
"Nobody" with a "on-create" scrip. That will at least "undo" what they 
did. Hope this helps.
