Hello all,

Can I provide a self service users a group visibility?

I have a queue name "Test" and a group name "Test Group".
The 'Test Group" has the following rights:
AssignCustomFields
CommentOnTicket
CreateTicket
ModifyTicket
ReplyToTicket
SeeQueue
ShowTicket

This group requires that each group member tickets will be visible for
all of the group member, currently each member see only his own
tickets.

how can i achieve it?
