[rt-users] Costum filed search on RT 3.2.1 does not work

For what it's worth, custom field search has been rewritten several
times since RT 3.2.1.  If you're wedded to RT 3.2 (now 3 major versions
out of date), I'd recommend coming up to RT 3.2.3 for testing at the
very least.
