[rt-users] shipwright tarball for RT 3.8.1 ?

seems gmake can work, now try this one, with telling shipwright-
builder the right 'make' cmd:
$ GNUMAKE=gmake ./bin/shipwright-builder --make gmake --install-base /
tmp/vessel_3.8.2 --skip-test
