Ah, that's because it came from the mods on
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/RTFM they did work until the recent
upgrade.

I've just walked through the wiki formatting library we use and can't
find any evidence that %code% ever did anything.  Anybody else with a
better memory than me?
