[rt-users] two new contributions to the community :-)

Hi all,
I just wanted to let everybody know that I added two new pages to the RT wiki:

*  MuteResolve<http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/MuteResolve> - let resolver choose not to send email on resolve;
*  OnCreateCheckCF<http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/OnCreateCheckCF> - check presence of a mandatory cf on email ticket creation;
