[rt-users] problems with links on RT front page

I'm fairly new at this, but I suspect that you've inadvertantly set something
in your etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm to "localhost" when you should have set it to
"rt-fqdn.mydomain.tld", probably $WebDomain.
