[rt-users] how to migrate from 3.4.4 to 3.8.2

Do you know any script we can use for this migration? (We have two servers
installed (old/new).So it is better to find a script to transfer data from
the old version server to a new one.)

old system: ubuntu 6.06
new system: ubuntu 8.10
