[rt-users] Custom Field select boxes erroneously displayed as multi-select...?

I'll quibble with "incorrect" - Though I'd be very happy if this were
per-field settable. 

share/html/Elements/EditCustomFieldSelect is the file you want.
and you're looking for the size= bit
