[rt-users] Signature are not attached while create/reply/comment on tickets

Hi RT Users.
I have upgrade from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2,
but my users cant attach signatures while creating tickets replying and
commenting.
what might be the issue ?
can some one guide me ?
