[rt-users] 3.8.2 - HTML viewing issue

I have received no answers to this one. Is there any more information I need to provide? Where can I raise a bug report?

Hello, 

We just upgraded to 3.8.2 and since then when we receive our fax notifications, the HTML rendering is a little off. I have attached two files, the message and a screenshot showing the problem. Is this a bug? Or do I have something misconfigured here?
