[rt-users] Missing menu items - show results etc.

Hi RT-Users,

after upgrading from 3.8.4 to 3.8.6 we are missing in the ticket menu 
(on the left side) the items 'Show Results' and ' Bulk Update and 
'graph' after picking a ticket from a search result list.
The last search is deleted too.
Is this a new feature?
