[rt-users] Permission Denied Error - Ticket creation using mail

Hi Kevin,
I found that my sendmail configuration was wrong. When I get this corrected in my sendmail.cf file, I got rid of this error. But getting a different error this time (Log below). Searching thru, I see the following line in http://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2000-June/005182.html. Any help from here...
Sendmail won't deliver to a setuid program unless the directory where the
process resides is writable only by the owner. That means no group write
or `other' write priviledges. Mailman requires that the `s' bit be set
for the group.

Read the error messages, you can't have a world writable /etc/smrsh
