OK, fixed this today:

Added to Type_Overlay.pm for AT the following:

$RIGHTS = {
    SeeType            => 'Can this principal see this asset type',       #
loc_pair
...
...
    ShowAssetComments   => 'See asset comments',                        #
loc_pair
...
...

};

Error is away now.
