[rt-users] RTFM install issue with make initdb

Dear all,

I've currently installed the latest version of RT, and got that working, 
and now I'm attempting to install RTFM. I'm currently trying to install 
RTFM, and when I get to:

make initdb

I get this error,

Working with:
Type:    mysql
Host:    localhost
Name:    rt3
User:    local
DBA:    local
Failed to connect to dbi:mysql:dbname=rt3;host=localhost as user 
'local': Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 
'rt3'...returned with error: 65280
make: *** [initdb] Error 255


Should this not be attempting to install as user root??
