[rt-users] Import tickets from a legacy ticket system into RT

Hi There,

I'm sure this question has come and gone hundreds of time, I'm trying to import tickets from a old ticket system (very basic, and not RT).

I have searched and found 2 scripts which apparently will import the tickets.

There is nothing about the structure of the input file needed, so I have no clue how to feed the script my tickets from a db.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
