[rt-users] Changing default language

Thanks.

I tried the " Set(@LexiconLanguages, qw(fr)); " suggestion but this
only disables the current en.po file somehow. For example, 'Homepage'
is no longer translated to 'Home'. And the fr language is still not
used...
