[rt-users] RT mobile interface

Ok, I figured out some more specifics:

I pointed my browser (FireFox) at https://rt-system.edu/rt/m and it 
forwarded to https://rt-system.edu/rt/m/index.html

I noticed the link at the bottom is for 
https://rt-system.edu/rt/m?NotMobile=1 and it doesn't work.

If I manually type in https://rt-system.edu/rt/m/index.html?NotMobile=1 
on the address bar it works.
