Hi Tom,
i remember an addon at bps svn called RT-Extension-TimedWork but i can't find it at BPS Git or Cpan at the moment.

Think this is the addon you are looking for. We check at home tonight for it.

Hi,

Just curious if anyone knows of an extension to RT that allows automated task timing? Some kind of 'button' that, when clicked, would start timing a task and then when you click it a second time it logs the time against a specific task.

Anyone?
