[rt-users] Slight Problem with RT Display

I use modperl2, not FCGI :-)

I mean, the display was so fine even with 3.9.4, until I upgraded to 3.9.6
(and I believe I followed the docs as I am supposed to).
Since this is a test platform, I even deleted my /opt/rt3, dropped the db
and did a complete new install. No joy!

`make fixdeps` did not complain and I am using RT_SiteConfig.pm from 3.9.4.
