[rt-users] error message on RT web interface

I got a ticket when I click on it to view the ticket I get the following
errors:

Can't call method "Name" on an undefined value at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/RT/Transaction_Overlay.pm line 700.

Anyone encountered this or know what it might be?
