[rt-users] Custom Field Uploads Question

To list,

I have a Custom Field that is defined as Upload Image. When I am in the
Ticket Update screen, I see next to that CF the ability to upload from
directories/files I can browse. Is there a way to upload from an attachment
already received into the ticket?
