[rt-users] Can't open Ticket Time::ParseDate error

Hello everybody 

RT: 3.8.9 
Server : Ubuntu 10.04


I have a Problem to open a ticket. If i try to open it ... there comes no
repsponse from the webif...

In the RT log i found the fowllowing entry:

 RT::Date used Time::ParseDate to make 'now' 1322826880


so i have updated the perl module but the problem still apperars...
