[rt-users] RT- Queue Wizard extension- error

[Gaston]

Using the Queue Wizard extension, when trying to create queue TEST on the
base of queue DRI, I have the following messages:

 

*	Staff group DRI_support for queue DRI not found 
*	Owner group DRI_owners for queue DRI not found

 

Any indication on what I should do to make it work ?
