[rt-users] Not the spell fckeditor when creating a ticket

Have tried it with some browser rather than IE?

In share/html/NoAuth/RichText/FCKeditor/fckconfig.js check the following
line:
FCKConfig.SpellChecker                  = 'ieSpell' ;   // 'ieSpell' |
'SpellerPages'

This option has been set to "ieSpell" by default and it caused this button
to be disabled in non IE browsers.
