[rt-users] Extract Custom Field Value Debug?

I want to ask a question about this plugin
Does it still work fot RT4?
I'm trying to set it for a specific queue, so I set up a CF, a
template, a scrip. Also I turned on the "ModifyCustomField" right for
everybody, so it doesn't trigger right issues.
It should work with just that right? Am I missing something?
I want to debug it.. how can I do it?
