[rt-users] RT 4.0 and IE9

RT 4 runs well for us when IE9 is not compatibility mode; in fact, it
renders better.  The color wheel doesn't render in compat mode, but does
work in native IE9 mode.  Are you sure you haven't turned on compat mode
globally?  How are you checking and switching the mode IE is in?
