[rt-users] Upgrade 3.8.7 to 4.0.1rc1 on a new box

Hello,

You didn't mention which DB you use. One solution for mysql:

1) drop all tables in rt4 DB. yes, it's required.
2) mysql -u root -p rt4 < rt3.backup.sql

Then follow UPGRADING doc to upgrade DB from 3.8.7 to 4.0.x.
