[rt-users] restrict due-date changes?

I've had a couple of different requests recently for some sort of protection on the "Due" field in particular queues so that it can only be modified by managers.  Has anybody already done something like this?  Is it something that could be reasonably easy to implement either as a scrip action or a callback?
