[rt-users] fetchmail errors trying to retrieve from pop3

sudo chmod 755 /root/rt-4.0.5/bin/rt-mailgate
or just 'chmod 755 /root/rt-4.0.5/bin/rt-mailgate' if your running your
shell as root (which I suspect you are ;p )
