[rt-users] Simple things are not so simple....

I would like to do a apparently very simple thing:

- when a user is created (automatically or manually) I would like to:

- give him only some rights
- or put him in a default group (the purpose is the same)
- give him a default dashboard
- give him a default language


Why I am not able to do this after reading a lot of docs?

Can you help me?
