[rt-users] [RT4] Create a new admin account

Hello,

I'm trying to create from the web interface a new admin account.
As I can't find a way (Tools>Configure>Users|Groups|Queues), I'm wondering
if it is even possible?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I can't see what...
