Thanks Ruslan,
it now looks like :
Set(@Plugins, qw(
RT::Extension::MergeUsers
RTx::Calendar
RTx::EmailCompletion
RT::Authen::ExternalAuth
));
but unfortunately the problems still persists.
Any and all ideas are greatly sppreciated,
