[rt-users] OpenSSO and RT

While I haven't tried this yet, I suspect all you need to do is set/define $WebExternalAuth in RT_SiteConfig.pm and then install/configure the apache policy agent and create/configure the appropriate OpenAM/OpenSSO policies.
