[rt-users] re configure rt

This doesn't work for me.
/opt/rt4/etc/RT_Config.pm shows only this:

# RT was configured with:
#
#   $ ./configure /opt/rt4/share/config.site /opt/rt4/etc/config.site


Any Ideas?
